Можно. Путин делает все очень продуманно, поэтому все его негативные поступки не от эмоции, а от холодного расчета. Потому -- гад.
Саакашвили ведет себя точно как герои Искандера, причем по преимуществу гордость его -- от глупости (есть и такая).
