Упоминание некой "Методички" уже достаточно чтобы смотреться дураком, сейчас не 2008г, когда находились глупцы в это верящие:) Вы мне ещё про Госдеп напишите, чтоб законченым дауном себя выставить - то будет прекрасно:)
